The objectives of Human Resource Management can be classified into 4 groups:

3.Functional type objectives: Rules are used to maintain the Human Resources functioning and work appropriately within the company, firm, or organization. This ensures that all Human Resources sources are being assigned to their absolute potential and ability.
4.Personal kinds of objectives: Resources are used to help the personal goals of every employee. This consists of giving the opportunity and chance for career development or education and managing the satisfaction of employees.
