Files are helped in storing and saving the data of the consumers, yet Files are managed into the operating system by maintaining a Specific way. Normally, for making systematic all the Files, Folders and directories are used.

A Folder is besides known as the ampule or box of the Files in which a lot of Subdirectories and Files are saved and maintained. Still, there is besides an Access process in which data and information of the File will be opened and retrieved by the consumer.

3. Hide: Hidden Files cannot be seen by the user. yet these files will stay Saved and stored on the Computer system of the user.

we are having two kinds of Access method in which Files can Read information from the computer or operating system. Name of those methods are:

1. Sequential method

2. Random method

A file is defined as a, named group of concerned data and information which is logged and tapped on storage of secondary type, for example, optical disks, magnetic tapes, and magnetic disks. In the usual way, a file is an arrangement and series of bytes, bits, records or lines whose significance is explained by the user and files creator.

File Structure

A File Structure must be as per the needed format that the computer operating system can interpret or know. The format is shown below:

1. A file should have a fixed and well-defined structure as per its type.
2. A text type file is a series and arrangement of characters which is managed into the lines.
3. A source kind of file is a series and arrangement of functions and procedures.
4. An object kind of file is a series and arrangement of bytes managed into blocks and chunks that are clear and interpreted by the computer machine.

File Directories:

it is a collection of files. The file directory includes data related to the ownership, files, location and including attributes. Properties of a File System
